Anoop Menon is a film actor, director, screenwriter and lyricist. Anoop Menon began his acting career in Malayalam television serials. Anoop made his debut as a screenwriter in Pakal Nakshatrangal in 2008. He has been part of over 75 films so far. His debut work as a lyricist for the film Beautiful (2011)
He is a law graduate from Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram (1994 – 99) and was the first-rank holder from Kerala University
Anoop Menon won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Supporting Actor and also the Filmfare Award for his performance in Thirakkatha.
Anoop Menon was born to P. Gangadharan Nair and Indira Menon. He married Shema Alexander on 27 December 2014.
