Anwar Rasheed

Anwar Rasheed is a film director and producer.

Rasheed started his career by assisting director Ranjith in his films. He made his debut as a director in 2005 with Rajamanikyam (after Ranjith withdrew his decision in directing the film).

Since then he has directed 7 Films with hits like Ustad Hotel and Trance.

In 2014 he started producing films under his banner 'Anwar Rasheed Entertainments'. So far he had produced about 4 films.

Anwar Rasheed completed B. A. History from Maharaja's College, Ernakulam. Later he joined Madras University for his Post graduation.

Anwar Rasheed's mothers name is Jari Rasheed. He is married and has 2 kids (a boy and a girl).
