Bhavana (Karthika Menon)

Bhavana ( real name Karthika Menon ) made her acting debut at age 16 in the Malayalam film Nammal in 2002. She has appeared in more than 80 films for far.

She is an alumna of Holy Family Convent Girls High School, Thrissur.

She won the Asianet Film Awards Best Supporting Actress and Kerala State Film Award – Special Mention for her first film Nammal (2002). Later in 2006, she won Best Actress - Filmfare Awards South for the Tamil film Chithiram Pesuthadi.

Bhavana is the daughter of Pushpa and G. Balachandran. She married Kannada film producer Naveen on 22 January 2018.

She starred in her first Kannada film in 2010.
