Jagadish ( P. V. Jagadish Kumar ) is an actor, screenwriter, television presenter, cinematographer, and former politician. He made his acting debut in 1984 with My Dear Kuttichathan, India's first 3D film. He has starred in over 375 Malayalam films and 2 Hindi films.
He had his primary education from Government Model Boys Higher Secondary School, Thiruvananthapuram. He earned a bachelor's in commerce from Government Arts College and a Master of Commerce from Mar Ivanios College, Thiruvananthapuram. Jagadish is a postgraduate M.Com. rank-holder. He worked as a Clerk in Canara Bank, Edappal, Kerala. Later he became a lecturer and NCC officer in M.G. College, Thiruvananthapuram
Jagadish was born to K. Parameshwaran Nair and P. Bhasurangi Amma . He married Dr. P. Rama, a forensic professor, and they have two daughters Ramya and Soumya (both doctors).
