K. Surendran

K. Surendran is a politician from Kozhikode. He currently serves as the 11th State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Kerala.

The turning point in K. Surendran's political career was in 1993 when he became the District President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) wing of Wayanad. Later in 1995, he was elected as the State Secretary of BJYM.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Zamorin's Guruvayurappan College, Kozhikode

K. Surendran was born to Kunjiraman and Kalyani Amma. He is married to Sheeba and they have two children namely Harikrishnan and Gayathri Devi.
