Neeraj Madhav is an actor, rapper and dancer.
Neeraj first came into the limelight in 2005 as a dancer with the first edition of the reality tv programme ‘Super Dancer’ on Amrita TV.
Neeraj made his debut as an actor in 2013 with the film Buddy (He got the role through an audition). Since then he has appeared in over 25 films.
Neeraj debuted as a choreographer through the film Oru Vadakkan Selfie in 2015.
Neeraj did his schooling at St. Joseph's Boys' Higher Secondary School, Calicut.
He then graduated in Visual communications from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kanchipuram.
He did post-graduation in Theatre from the School of Drama and Fine Arts, Thrissur.
Notable awards include - 2018 Asianet Film Awards for Best Star Pair in film Paippin Chuvattile Pranayam and the 2015 Asia vision award - New Sensation in Acting (Male) for performance in various movies.
His father's name is Dr K. Madhavan ( a veterinarian) and his mother Latha ( a teacher). Neeraj has a younger brother Navneeth Madhav (also an actor and dancer).
Neeraj married Deepthi Janardhan on April 2 2018. They have a daughter together, Nilanka Neeraj born on 22nd February 2021.
He was one of the finalists on the first edition of the reality tv programme ‘Super Dancer’ in 2005.
