Prasanth Nair (Collector bro)

Prasanth Nair is a civil servant and member of the Indian Administrative Service. He is the former collector of Kozhikode District of Kerala (2015-2017).

Currently he serves as Managing Director of Kerala Shipping & Inland Navigation Corporation(KSINC).

He recently published a book Collector Bro - INI NJAN THALLATTE.. which is a best seller.

He graduated with in Law from the University of Kerala. In 2007, he was selected to the Indian Administrative Service (4th rank all-India) and borne on the Kerala cadre.

He is married to Laskhmi Nair, they have 1 son Amrithavarshan and a Daughter Ammu.

He earned the nickname ‘Collector bro’ for his friendly approach to governance while serving and as Collector of Kozhikode District.
