Saiju Kurup made his debut with the romantic drama movie “Mayookham” (2005). So far he has appeared in a major role in over 100 films. He made his Tamil film debut with K. Bhagyaraj`s romantic movie “Siddhu+2”. He is also a dubbing artist and does voice dubbing for actors like Atul Kulkarni and Dev Gill etc.
Saiju Kurup has done his primary schooling in SJC, Kamptee and higher schooling from SFS High School, Nagpur. He joined Ramdeo Baba Engineering College in 1996 and did his B.E. In Mining, He became a graduate student at Nagpur University.
He won Vanitha best comedian award in 2020.
Saiju was born to Govinda Kurup and Shobhana. He has a sister Saira kurup. He married Anupama Nambiar on 12 February 2005. They have two children. Mayookha, Aftab.
