Samyuktha Varma

She made her debut in the Malayalam film industry in 1999 through the movie ‘Veendum Chila Veettukaryangal’. Samyuktha Varma was active in the industry from 1999 to 2002, and during this time she appeared in about 18 films.

She completed her studies at Sree Kerala Varma College, Thrissur

In 1999, she won the Kerala State Film Award for the Best Actress for her very first film ‘Veendum Chila Veettukaryangal’. She won the same award the following year as well, this time for three various movies. She has also won various other awards including Filmfare Award for Best Actress, Asianet Film Award for Best Actress, etc.

She was born to Ravi Varma and Uma Varma in Thrissur. He married Biju Menon, a Malayalam film Actor in 2002. The couple has a son, Dask Dharmik, born in 2006.

Samyuktha’s career as an actress is considered a big success by many, even though she stepped back from acting in 2002.
