His real name is Benny Daniel, but he is widely known by his pen name, Benyamin.
He gained significant attention and acclaim with his novel "Aadujeevitham" (Goat Days), published in 2008, which tells the harrowing tale of an Indian migrant worker in Saudi Arabia.
Aadujeevitham has been made into a movie in 2024 starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Directed by Blessy (Blessy Ipe Thomas).
Throughout his career as a writer, he has produced around 30 literary works, including novels and short stories.
